The worse company. I bought a phone from them and the phone battery blowed up and since that day I have been reporting the situation but they never reply back to my emails and they never answer the phone calls

UPDATE: IF I COULD GIVE Q1 MINUS FIVE STARS I WOULD! I called them on Friday and was told the person I needed to speak with was out to lunch. I left a detailed voicemail. Nobody called me back. Today I called and spoke with someone named Sara or Sarah. She was the most rude customer service person I've ever spoken to in my life and I'm almost 73 years old! She wouldn't let me speak before cutting me off and contradicting me mid-sentence. I asked her to either let me talk or transfer me to her supervisor. Again I was transferred to some random voice mailbox. Q1 IS A JOKE AND NOBODY CARES!!! These people are the sales agents for TruConnect. I ordered a phone from them using Affirm's monthly payment plan.and Q1 sent the wrong phone which I returned. In the meantime I was without a working phone so I signed up with Boost. They continue to send me phones which I return with a note asking them to contact Affirm and get them to stop taking money from my checking account and return all money collected. Of course I got another phone from them yesterday. That's at least four or five phones that they've sent to me. I filled out the customer contact form on their website but nobody has contacted me. Affirm will not stop collecting my money until Q1 or TruConnect advises them I've returned the phone. They suck.

I placed an order one and half weeks ago. They printed the packing label and never shipped the phone. I called today and was put on hold twice with long delays. After reaching a human, she indicated that she would pass on my information that I am requesting refund. There was no apology or explanation. Just bad customer service. I will be bringing this to the attention of Cricket wireless.

Beware, they are con artist, they will sell you fake, not compatible phones, never answer the phone call neither email.

RMA 5591248. RMA department was terrible. I bought Airspeed Mobile Hotspot at Verizon website, and it failed failed within a couple of months. Verizon store told me to contact the manufacture directly for replacement. I sent back the main unit, cover, battery, and charger, but they sent me the the main unit only. Without the battery, cover and charger, it is useless to me. They said I did not send those missing parts. I should have taken pictures before I ship them back.

I purchased two NEW S10+ phones. The first phone arrived with no issues. The second phone was USED and had scratches on the device. I have tried to reach out and get a refund and they haven't tried to get back in touch with me. I don't think I'll be doing business with them again, and neither should you. Edit: The customer service reps have been in contact with me about the issue and gave me a refund for the second device, minus a 20% restocking fee. When I explained the situation to the representative, they agreed to a full refund. I didn't even try to get a refund for the shipping charges to have the device sent back($30). At this point I'm just happy to have my money back for the phone. Alex was very helpful and attentive. If not for him, I would leave this review at 1 star. 3/10 Would not recommend

I purchased a phone from this company back in March so that I could use it with Mint Mobile. I got such a great deal! & It was fast shipping, phone came in perfect condition. I remember being so happy when I pulled it out of the box. To this day, my phone is still in perfect condition, I've never had any issues with it. Definitely purchasing my next phone from here as well.

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a iPhone 11 from straight talk and it shipped through quality one. I waited 2 weeks and contacted them about shipping. I spoke to Steve Small he informed me Apple was late delivering the phones. I waited another week and contacted him after he told me he would get the phone early the week before and have it sent off. The third week I contacted him he told me I could cancel my order and be refunded. After waiting a month and the second lease payment coming up for the phone and I still didn’t have it , I cancelled my order. I went to Best Buy the next day bought the phone unlocked and got a sim for straight talk. I have had my phone now for a day and I love it. Got it within 3 days from Best Buy. CHECK THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU online website for all the complains about the company. Keep scrolling past all the five star reviews the company adds itself and once you get to the bottom you will see all the bad reviews they try and cover up.
